1 oz Maurin Quina
1/5 oz Averna Amaro
2 dashes Cocktail Kingdom Wormwood Bitters
Stir everything with ice and strain into a chilled Old Fashioned glass with a large rock of ice. Garnish with a Lemon Twist and 2 Cheerios to nourish the Twins on their cosmic journey.

Rinse a chilled Coup glass with Absinthe. Stir remaining ingredients with ice, maybe a little longer than usual to get a good dilution. Garnish with a Lemon Twist and a pair of Cheerios to help feed the Twins on their cosmic journey.
